Kristen is exceptional in everything she does on a day-to-day basis and is one of the most approachable mentors that I have ever worked with. She will go out of her way to assist with anything that I need guidance on. We often communicate on many urgent matters, and she has guided me all the way through all types of complex situations. Kristen’s training was very detailed and easy to understand. Her explanations on everything we do on a day-to-day basis was very thorough and enjoyable to learn. 

Excellent service from start to finish, from Kristen, she was great. We travelled to 

Bali with our daughter and son in law for their honeymoon. We stayed in Nusa Dua at

Kristen trained me for the whole extensively whilst showing patience, a positive attitude and support. Kristen’s positive mindset, passion for travel and humorous personality make her an inspiring leader and mentor for me, personally. That, teamed with her work ethic and the relentless hours she gives toward her role is an asset. Thus far I have always been well-supported by Kristen and provided with important feedback that I’ve needed in order to move forward.

We have recently completed a Tesla Tour of New Zealand, and it was fabulous. Kristen was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. The car and accommodation were fabulous. This was one of the best holidays we have had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again

Kristen has been my mentor for the past 9 months; she is also a mum. It is her sense of humour in times of stress that helps diffuse difficult situations. It is the inspirational messages she sends around that keep us focused and on track. It is the events she organises when she realises, we all need to be hauling together rather than fragmenting off in their own disparate directions. More importantly she shows us that through sheer tenacity and determination that life can be lived, work can be enjoyed, and abundant achievements can flow as a result. It is her ‘over the ditch’ wit and her single mother grit that make us all want success for her and for ourselves. 

We had an issue with our return trip from Europe, and Kristen and the team expertly 

handled this difficult situation and ensured we got home safely. I thoroughly 

recommend to anyone looking for an amazing travel experience and I 

am personally looking forward to booking our next trip. 

 Kristen has been an exceptional mentor, particularly for working parents and women navigating career growth while balancing family responsibilities. She has championed workplace flexibility, understanding the unique challenges faced by working parents, especially women.  Aside from the workplace flexibility, Kristen's mentorship has been instrumental in fostering gender equality across the organisation. She actively creates pathways for women to grow professionally, offering one-on-one coaching sessions that focus on career development and navigating workplace challenges. Her open-door policy encourages transparency and trust, allowing mentees to share both personal and professional concerns without fear of judgement.  By advocating for these initiatives, Kristen has not only mentored individuals but has also changed the cultural landscape, creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for all. Her commitment to mentoring women and championing gender equality is evident in the success stories of those she has guided, many of whom have gone on to secure leadership roles.

I first connected with Kristen in a random travel Facebook group, and before I knew it, we were sipping coconuts together in Bali! At the time, I had zero experience as a travel agent, though I’d ticked off 50+ countries and had years in sales under my belt. Over the next year, Kristen and I practically became inseparable. She patiently taught me the ropes, gave me all the tools I needed, and showed me how to be involved in an online travel business. I’ll always be grateful for her guidance.  She turned my love of travel into an actual career and made the whole process a lot of fun along the way.

 I couldn’t write a bad word about Kristen, So I guess I should tell you just how much she has impacted my career working as a travel consultant in such a short period of time. I started my time without any retail travel experience, and I know with all her time, patience and guidance I wouldn’t be the travel consultant I am today without her. Kristen has always encouraged me to strive further and pushed me harder to ensure I reach my goals. The thing I most appreciate is her calm approach to all situations big or small. She’s helped me learn to manage high pressure situations and talked me through my next move. Her regular catch ups keep me on track; her encouragement keeps me pushing for more and her knowledge is without a doubt the reason I want to continue my journey. The positive attitude she brings to our team reminds me each day that anything is possible and nothing is a problem, it’s just a minor bump in the road.
