To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, personal damage, financial loss, or consequences arising from your participation in coaching, pchase of aretreats, or use of this website.

Our Journey Book (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides coaching services, wellness programs, and curated global retreats. These Terms apply to all users, clients, and participants engaging with our services or website.

• All coaching services, including mindset, nutrition, wellness, or consulting sessions, are non-refundable.
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, implementation, and personal circumstances.
• By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that results are self-directed and require your commitment and action.
• Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. You are responsible for seeking professional guidance where required.

• No refunds are offered for coaching programs, products and services, or consultations unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Refunds or credits will only be considered in cases where services are not delivered as promised, in compliance with statutory guarantees.
• Change of mind, lack of participation, or failure to implement guidance does not qualify for a refund.

• Retreat bookings require a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
• Each retreat requires a minimum of 10 confirmed participants to proceed as a guaranteed departure.
• If minimum numbers are not met, we will notify guests at least 3 months prior to the scheduled retreat start date. We will offer a refund of deposit or an alternative travel date as options. 
• We strongly recommend refraining from booking flights or making non-refundable travel arrangements until written confirmation of a guaranteed departure is provided.
• You will be required to pay a deposit on your trip. Final payment is usually required 120 days prior to departure. 
• Whilst we do our best to advertise the correct pricing, from time to time - availability and pricing does shift quickly. We recommend you contact us for the most up to date pricing. 

• No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, border closures, political instability, or other force majeure circumstances.
• In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer future credit where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.

• You are responsible for your own travel insurance, including medical, trip cancellation, and personal liability coverage.
• You must disclose any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility requirements when booking.
• Participation in retreats or coaching is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and wellbeing.
• You are responsible for the research yourself on whether a visa is needed. You should also check your passport has at least 6 months validity on it past your travel dates. 

• All website content, course material, retreat resources, and coaching documents are owned by Our Journey Book. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

• We do not accept responsibility for third-party providers, accommodations, airlines, transfers, or external services.
